Australian TV VOZ Ratings Report – Tuesday, 24 October 2023
On Tuesday, 24 October 2023, the National Top 30 Shows VOZ ratings data was released. This data was inclusive of metro and regional TV markets, along with streaming services such as ABC iview, 7plus, 9NOW, 10play, and SBS On Demand.
Evening News Bulletins:
Topping the ratings were the evening news programs. Seven News pulled in a massive 1,326,000 viewers, followed closely by Seven News at 6:30 with 1,316,000 viewers. Nine News 6:30 attracted 1,042,000, while Nine News secured 1,038,000 viewers. ABC News was viewed by 831,000.
Nine’s Afternoon News had 372,000 tuning in, 10 News First garnered 288,000 viewers, and Seven News at 4:30 took in 336,000.
Channel 9:
The network showcased a mix of shows, including The Block with 1,098,000 viewers, A Current Affair with 965,000.
Channel 7:
Popular with the audiences were Home and Away with 795,000 viewers and SAS Australia which had 704,000.
Channel 10:
The entertainment lineup included The Masked Singer Australia Reveal attracting 625,000, followed by The Masked Singer Australia at 510,000. The Cheap Seats entertained 537,000 viewers, while The Project 7PM had 414,000. The earlier version, The Project 6.30PM, saw 246,000 viewers.
ABC:
Diverse programming saw 7.30 being watched by 761,000, followed by Take 5 with Zan Rowe with 532,000 viewers. Old People’s Home for Teenagers had 481,000 viewers tuning in.
No shows from SBS made the top 30 on this particular day.
Breakfast Shows:
n the morning lineup, Sunrise was the leader with 399,000 viewers, closely followed by Today with 314,000, and Sunrise-Early taking 246,000.
Afternoon Game Shows:
The afternoon saw a tight race between game shows with The Chase Australia bringing in 788,000 viewers. Hot Seat pulled 494,000 viewers, and its 5PM version had 356,000, while Tipping Point secured 402,000 viewers.
