Australian TV VOZ Ratings Report: Sunday, 22nd October 2023
Sunday night’s TV viewership data is in, revealing the top shows across metro and regional TV Markets as well as streaming platforms like ABC iview, 7plus, 9NOW, 10play, and SBS On Demand.
Channel 9:
Leading the night was The Block – Sun with a whopping 1,488,000 viewers, followed by Nine News Sunday drawing an audience of 1,119,000. Nine News Late – Sun pulled in 375,000 viewers, while Weekend Today – Sunday garnered 236,000 viewers.
Nine News: First at Five attracted 213,000, and Under Investigation – Encore and the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2023 segment between IND v NZ had 209,000 and 208,000 viewers respectively.
Channel 7:
Seven News – Sun stood strong with 1,241,000 viewers. The 1% Club had 889,000 viewers tuning in. Border Security – Australia’s Front Line was viewed by 516,000 people. Early risers caught Weekend Sunrise – Sun with 303,000 viewers and its earlier segment captured 224,000.
Body in the Snow: The Murder of Joanna was watched by 219,000 and the repeat of Border Security – Australia’s Front Line had an audience of 213,000.
Channel 10:
10 News First Sun secured 294,000 viewers. The Sunday Project 7PM followed closely with 254,000 viewers.
ABC:
ABC’s news segment in the evening, ABC News Sunday-EV, attracted 834,000 viewers. Death in Paradise repeat and Insiders-AM drew 635,000 and 513,000 viewers respectively. Landline-PM was watched by 414,000, whereas the movie Red Joan had 384,000 viewers.
ABC News at Noon-PM had an audience of 278,000, followed by Offsiders-AM with 270,000 and Weekend Breakfast-AM drawing 263,000 viewers. Antiques Roadshow was watched by 247,000 and Gardening Australia-PM by 218,000 viewers.
