Pete Helliar has said goodbye to the South African jungle as his time on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! has come to an end.
In Tuesday nights episode, the campmates marked ANZAC Day by holding a minute’s silence and listening to the Last Post, with Pete reciting The Ode. They also shared stories and thoughts on what the day means to them while making ANZAC biscuits.
Meanwhile, some of the celebs are adopting some rather unhygienic habits. Nathan has stopped brushing his teeth, and Woody is grateful for the smoke from the campfire, which masks the smell of his unwashed body. Aesha’s unclean habits are rubbing off on others, and only Adam and Liz are changing their underwear daily.
On a lighter note, Dom sent Harry, Liz, and Pete to the Dive Bar for the unhappy hour, where they downed extra special bar snacks and cocktails. Dr. Chris Brown even joined in by shooting fermented herring, but it proved too much for him, and he was seen puking in the bushes.
Hosts Julia Morris and Dr. Chris Brown entered the camp to reveal that it was time to say goodbye to Peter Helliar. Throughout his time on the show, he created the groundbreaking jungle duo The Flaming Ducks with Aesha and revealed that he has a true friend in Rove McManus.
Wednesday night, the celebrities will participate in the Help From Friends trial, and another campmate will bid farewell to the jungle.
