Respected presenter Janine Perrett will return to the Media Watch hosting chair tonight on ABC.

Update: Due to a COVID-19 interruption, Perrett will no longer be hosting Media Watch tonight. Instead, Andy Park will present the bulletin at 9.15pm.

Perrett will be hosting Media Watch for the next three weeks while regular presenter Paul Barry takes a break.

Perrett proved popular with viewers last year when she stepped into the Media Watch hosting role after Barry was forced to take a break after an incident while cycling.

Janine comes with 40 plus years in journalism, including roles with Channel Nine, Sydney Morning Herald, Sky News, The Australian and Crikey.
