The action kicks off when minor premier Adelaide continues its push for a third AFLW premiership against an in-form Melbourne in Preliminary Final 2 at Adelaide Oval from 2.00pm AEST.

Collingwood will then bid to replicate the inspired football it played in its qualifying final victory over North Melbourne when it ventures to the Gabba to take on the powerhouse Brisbane Lions in Preliminary Final 1 from 4.00pm AEST.

Seven’s coverage will again be led by the AFLW’s #1 commentary team, featuring Abbey Holmes, Jason Bennett, Nigel Carmody, Jo Wotton, Mark Soderstrom and Sam Lane, while Western Bulldogs superstar Ellie Blackburn will provide expert commentary for the Adelaide-Melbourne clash.

Managing Director Seven Melbourne and Head of Network Sport, Lewis Martin, said:

“The 2021 AFLW finals series got off to a thrilling start last weekend and things will only heat up from here. With the premiership race the tightest it’s ever been, fans won’t want to miss a second of the action this Saturday as the top four teams fight to keep their flag dreams alive. As always, there’s only one place you can see it all live and free – Seven, Your Home of Sport.”

In the AFL this week, West Coast high-flyer Nic Naitanui will join Seven for Sunday’s big clash between 2021 flag hopefuls Melbourne and Geelong, in his first guest commentary appearance for the season.

Both games will be live and free on Channel 7, 7mate, 7two and 7plus.
