GOGGLEBOX AUSTRALIA wins Most Popular Light Entertainment at the TV BLACKBOX AWARDS


We invite them into our lounge rooms because they invite the stuff we watch (and a few cameras and microphones), Gogglebox Australia wins in the Light Entertainment category.

Gogglebox Australia has won the Most Popular Light Entertainment award at the TV Blackbox Awards.

Comedian and TV presenter Andy Lee announced the winner during the live stream of the awards on TV Blackbox.

The full list of nominees in the Most Popular Light Entertainment category were:

  • Travel Guides (9)
  • Gogglebox Australia (FOXTEL)
  • Love on The Spectrum (ABC)
  • Hard Quiz (ABC)
  • The Front Bar (7)

Without a doubt one of Australia’s funniest and most genuine programs on TV, Gogglebox Australia is a favourite in almost every household, and is a no-surprise winner at the TV Blackbox Awards.
