On last night’s Married At First Sight, the sixth Dinner Party saw tensions run high as couples reunited after Feedback Week’s Partner Swap.
Jamie faced a heartbreaking revelation about Dave’s feelings, while Carina attempted to make amends with Awhina following a hurtful comment.
With apologies and confrontations taking centre stage, the night was filled with tough conversations and emotional moments.

As the sixth Dinner Party approaches, tonight our couples will reunite following Feedback Week, which saw the re-introduction of the Partner Swap phase into the Experiment.
For lovebirds Jeff and Rhi, their time apart only confirmed how strong their relationship is in the experiment. Meanwhile, Ryan is still seething over Jacqui’s Honesty Letter, which questioned his career, financial abilities, and whether he is willing to be a stay-at-home dad.
Another Honesty Letter that caused friction this week was Veronica’s, with her letter highlighting the negative comparison between grooms Eliot and Dave. As a result, Eliot is gearing up for tonight’s Dinner Party solo, and the two are struggling to reconcile.
Down the hall, Awhina is upset with Carina after learning from Paul that Carina made a disparaging comment about her twin sister. Meanwhile, Carina feels betrayed by Paul and is anxious to face Awhina tonight.
As most of our couples head to tonight’s Dinner Party, one couple remains behind. After spending Feedback Week with Adrian, Jamie is left questioning Dave’s level of attraction and overall feelings towards her. This morning, Jamie hopes for reassurance from Dave, but he makes a shocking confession, revealing that his feelings aren’t progressing. The pair leave for the Dinner Party in separate cars.
At the Cocktail Party, visibly hurt and upset, Jamie confides in the other couples, explaining Dave’s coldness and how he expressed his feelings aren’t progressing for her. Dave enters the room to explain himself to the grooms before dinner is served.
As tensions rise at the dinner table, a nervous Carina pulls Awhina aside to apologise for her “calibre” comment about her twin sister. Carina explains the comment came from a place of insecurity and apologises, which Awhina accepts.
As they make amends, Paul joins Carina for a one-on-one chat, hoping Carina is now feeling better. However, Carina stands her ground, telling Paul she feels betrayed and that he threw her under the bus with Awhina. Paul can’t see her perspective, leaving Carina questioning their relationship.
Back at the table, Jeff notices a happy, loved-up Jacqui and Ryan and decides to question Ryan about how he felt about Jacqui’s Honesty Letter. Ryan thinks the letter was rubbish, but Jacqui believes it had the desired effect.
Attention then shifts to Jamie and Dave. Jamie shares her side of the story, from Feedback Week with Adrian to Dave’s coldness this morning, where he broke her heart and left her questioning the man she married.
Everyone, including the Experts, can see a different side of Dave. As Jamie seeks answers, Dave stands firm, insisting his feelings aren’t on the same level as hers, causing Jamie to break down in tears.
Despite the group’s efforts to get insight into Dave’s sudden change, they aren’t convinced by his responses or demeanour. Adrian begins to wonder if Dave’s time with Veronica impacted his relationship with Jamie. Dave and Veronica deny this, insisting it has nothing to do with it.
The group continues to press, wanting to know if Dave is willing to fight for this relationship. He says yes, telling Jamie how special she is to him. Jamie challenges Dave: if you want this relationship and me as your partner, prove it.

He got asked to appear on that show but declined. Some people who work on certain reality shows reach out to people on social media platforms & ask if they would like to be a part of the show. At the time of the swap dave got some really bad news about his fathers cancer.
Veronica said on the mafs funny pod cast that she hasnt had sex in 2 yrs and the reason why dave looked more happy was because her father had his own health battles so they could open up to each other.
