KAYO SPORTS to deliver 4K streaming by the end of February

Customers on Kayo Basic will have access to over 1000 hours of 4K content from some of their favourite sports across the year, starting with the season opening Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix with every practice, qualifying session and race available in 4K.

Fans of AFL, NRL, Cricket and Netball will also get to watch a huge range of live action in 4K with Kayo Sports offering the most comprehensive coverage of their favourite sport. 4K on Kayo Sports starts rolling out across your favourite devices from February 29, 2024.

Kayo Sports is also changing its subscription packages from February. Customers will have the choice of two packages. Kayo One will offer 50-plus sports and High Definition for just $25 per month. And Kayo Basic, at $35 per month, will provide access to all 50-plus sports and from February 29, 2024 some of the most popular sports will be available to stream in 4K for the first time on the platform.

Our refreshed subscription packages reflect the desire for a simple, frictionless subscription journey that gives customers choice and control.” 

Kayo Sports continues to deliver customers the biggest line-up of the best sport including every match of every round of AFL and NRL, with a bumper year of cricket including hosting India for a five-Test tour, local and international motorsport and basketball, American football, the biggest offering of women’s sport and so much more.

Kayo Sports Subscription packages from February 2024: 
Kayo One: $25 per month for 1 stream with High Definition.
Kayo Basic: $35 per month for 2 streams with High Definition and 4K* available for AFL, NRL, Cricket, Formula 1 and Netball.

*Compatible 4K device/s required. Requires Kayo Basic. Minimum broadband speed of 25Mbps required. Selected content only.

  1. Never expected to see this! Did I miss something do pigs now fly? More likely they are starting to get worried about others; are there that many people subscribing to Stan which is the only sport provider with 4K streaming?

  2. Is there an answer why Kayo Basic is going down to two screens, I don’t care about 4k, but multi screens are way more important
