The first three episodes of the highly anticipated limited drama series Nine Perfect Strangers, starring Nicole Kidman and Melissa McCarthy,premiered on Amazon Prime Video Australia last Friday, becoming an instant hit and the biggest series launch of 2021 on Amazon across drama, comedy, limited series or unscripted releases. The series, which was filmed on location in Australia’s Byron Bay and stars Australian actors including Nicole Kidman, Asher Keddie and Samara Weaving, scored higher viewers in it’s opening weekend than any other series of 2021.
