As we roll into the month of August, 7plus is unveiling a robust new lineup of content set to be enjoyed by Australian viewers.

From blockbuster movies to exclusive television series and 7plus specials, the streaming service promises a month full of thrills, drama, and comedy.

The vast array of titles includes action, comedy, and crime drama series “L.A’s Finest,” kicking off on 2nd August, starring Jessica Alba (Dark Angel) and Gabrielle Union (Bring It On). The series will air its two seasons fortnightly, tallying a total of 26 episodes.

Joining the roster on 8th August is the fifth season of the popular reality TV show “Temptation Island”, where four couples are tested by the allure of single life to determine whether they should continue their relationship.

The sci-fi action drama, “Pandora,” joins the 7plus exclusive content list on 16th August, with two seasons being rolled out fortnightly.

In the movie section, 7plus has secured VOD rights to an impressive range of blockbuster films, including the “Underworld” series, with “Underworld: Awakening” arriving on 5th August and “Underworld: Blood Wars” releasing a week later on 12th August.

The “Hotel Transylvania” franchise will also be making its debut on 7plus, with the second instalment available from 5th August and the third dropping on 12th August.

Comedy lovers can look forward to “Pineapple Express,” hitting the platform on 10th August, while action enthusiasts will be thrilled by “Terminator 2: Judgement Day,” dropping on 14th August.

More cinematic gems to look out for include “Knowing” (18th August), “Ladies In Black” (18th August), “Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs” (18th August), “Venom” (19th August), “Storm Boy” (19th August), and the classic “Ghostbusters” (1984) (19th August).

7plus is also catering to true crime enthusiasts and reality TV fans through its 7Bravo + 7plus August lineup. This includes “Dirty John, The Dirty Truth,” offering a glimpse into the deceitful past of con man John Meehan, premiering on 4th August.

“Serial Killer Capital: Baton Rouge,” follows a haunting investigation into the brutal murders of over three dozen women in Baton Rouge between 1992 and 2004, airing on 11th August.

“Killer Siblings,” focusing on a tragedy in rural Iowa, will air on 14th August. “The Turpin 13: Family Secrets Exposed,” recounting the shocking story of the Turpin family who held their 13 children captive, releases on 18th August.

Rounding out the month’s releases, reality TV series “Summer House Season 4,” follows nine friends sharing a house over weekends, starting on 19th August.

Finally, “Golden State Killer: Main Suspect,” premiering on 25th August, provides an intimate look into the life of Joe DeAngelo, through interviews with those close to him.

With such a varied and exciting lineup, August on 7plus is set to entertain viewers across Australia.
