SBS On Demand will drop six complete seasons to the channel next month. From supernatural drama series to sensual romantic thrillers, there’ll be something for every viewer.

Seasons 1-3 of Nordic noir series FORTITUDE will drop on Thursday May 2. Russian drama An Ordinary Woman will premiere on Thursday May 9, followed by the Australian premiere of sexy Spanish mystery The Pier on Thursday May 16. Viewers will be able to watch the entire first season of 8 Days on Thursday May 23.

Genre-busting Arctic epic series Fortitude is set in one of the safest towns on earth. There has never been a violent crime. Until now. A string of violent and increasingly strange deaths slowly exact a toll on the quiet international community where almost everyone appears to be keeping at least one secret. Fortitude features an all-star cast, including Richard Dormer (Game of Thrones), Sofie Gråbøl (The Killing), Stanley Tucci (The Hunger Games), Dennis Quaid (The Day After Tomorrow) and Michelle Fairley (Game of Thrones).

In AN ORDINARY WOMAN, Marina is an ordinary woman, living in Moscow. But behind the façade of her perfect family life lurk many dark secrets. She owns a flower shop but her income really comes from running a clandestine WhatsApp network of prostitutes. An Ordinary Woman is the story of how Marina copes as her carefully constructed house of cards begins to collapse around her.

Spanish thriller THE PEIR follows high-profile architect Alexandra, who gets a call from a local cop to identify her husband Oscar's body, found on a pier. Suicide? How can it be when they had made plans for their future just hours ago? But it only gets worse: Oscar had been leading a double-life with another woman, Veronica. Who is this woman? Who was the man she loved for 15 years? And what happened that fatal night on the pier?

In pre-apocalyptic drama 8 DAYS, a 40 kilometre-wide meteor is racing towards Earth at a speed of 30,000 kilometres an hour. The anticipated strike zone is right in the middle of Europe. Estimated European survival rate: zero. All of Europe is on the run. Suddenly, people feel they can break the speed limit at will, have unprotected sex, do all the drugs they want, shop with no money, live without working and love with no consequences. But in the end, the only thing that matters is: what's really important to you in your final days and hours?

These new series join other premium shows coming to SBS On Demand in May, including Chimerica (23 May) and Waco: Madman or Messiah (5 May). SBS fans will also be treated to ongoing episodes of Project Blue Book season one, The Good Fight season three, and The Son season one.
