Netflix has released a first look at Season 2 of Wednesday, confirming the hit series will return in two parts — with Part 1 set to premiere on August 6, 2025, followed by Part 2 on September 3.
Jenna Ortega reprises her role as Wednesday Addams, returning to the shadowy halls of Nevermore Academy where a new year brings more mystery, monsters, and mayhem. This season sees Wednesday dealing with family, friends, and familiar foes, all while navigating another supernatural puzzle with her trademark deadpan wit and gothic flair.
Season 2 brings back creators and showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, along with executive producer and director Tim Burton. Burton is behind the camera for episodes 201, 204, 207, and 208, with Paco Cabezas and Angela Robinson also directing episodes this season.

The series regulars include Jenna Ortega, Emma Myers, Steve Buscemi, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez, Joy Sunday, Billie Piper, Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo, Moosa Mostafa, Georgie Farmer, Victor Dorobantu, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, Noah B. Taylor, and Hunter Doohan.
Guest stars appearing throughout the season include Jamie McShane, Joanna Lumley, Joonas Suatamo, Fred Armisen, Christopher Lloyd, Thandiwe Newton, Heather Matarazzo, and Frances O’Connor (Australia).
