Natasha Lyonne’s hit mystery-of-the-week series Poker Face is returning to Stan for its highly anticipated second season, premiering May 8 with a triple episode launch.

The Stan Original series will continue its weekly rollout every Thursday, with Lyonne once again starring as Charlie Cale—a human lie detector drawn into new crimes across the country.

This season features a sprawling guest cast, including Cynthia Erivo, John Mulaney, Katie Holmes, Melanie Lynskey and Justin Theroux.

Stan today released the trailer for the new season of the Emmy® award-winning Stan Original Series Poker Face. The series returns with a triple episode premiere on May 8, only on Stan.

Starring Natasha Lyonne (Orange Is the New Black), the mystery-of-the-week series also features a star-studded guest cast including Cynthia Erivo (Wicked, Harriet)John Mulaney (John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in LA), Katie Holmes (Our Town), Melanie Lynskey (Yellowjackets) and Justin Theroux (Beetlejuice Beetlejuice).

Poker Face follows Charlie (Lyonne), who has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying. She hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and with every stop encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she can’t help but solve.

Previously announced guest cast includes Alia Shawkat (Blink Twice), Adrienne C. Poker Face is T-Street’s Johnson and Bergman’s first television series and is produced by MRC, along with Natasha Lyonne, under her production banner Animal Pictures. Lyonne will again direct in Season 2.

The series is distributed internationally by Paramount Global Content Distribution.

Season one is now streaming, only on Stan.

The Stan Original Series Poker Face returns with the first three episodes premiering May 8, followed by new episodes every Thursday, only on Stan.
