“The Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix highlights arguably one of the biggest weekends in the 2025 Australian sporting calendar.”

“Sports fans will be spoiled for choice with Lewis Hamilton’s hotly anticipated Ferrari debut, the return of AFL and NRL, Netball’s Team Girls Cup, THE PLAYERS Championship 2025 and of course the Supercars Championship.”

“It’s going to be an epic week of action and the only place to watch it all is on Fox Sports, available on Kayo Sports and Foxtel.”

This year’s Australian Grand Prix has quickly become one of the most highly anticipated yet with more Australian drivers – including Oscar Piastri and Jack Doohan – and all eyes on Lewis Hamilton’s debut with Ferrari.

Fox Motorsport expert Mark Skaife’s AGP predictions:

Who wins?

  • “Charles Leclerc’s extraordinary pace positions him, I believe, as the top contender for victory. The challenge of having seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton as his Ferrari teammate I think will motivate him further, as the unwritten rule in motorsport is to first beat your teammate.”

How does Lewis Hamilton go with team Ferrari?

  • “I think Lewis Hamilton’s remarkable competitiveness over the journey, has been reinvigorated by his move to Ferrari. Forming arguably one of the best driver pairings with Charles Leclerc, Hamilton and Ferrari will not doubt be a force this season.”

How will our Aussies go?

  • “It’s certainly exciting having Australian drivers on the grid this year. I thought Oscar Piastri had some fantastic performances throughout last season, has shown he’s capable of winning and he’s only going to keep improving. It’s great for Jack Doohan to have worked through the pathways to get into F1® and I’m really interested his progression throughout the season.”

Fox Motorsport coverage start times:

Thursday – 11am; Friday – 10:54am; Saturday – 8:45am; Sunday – 10am (main race from 3pm). *All times AEDT.

The only place to watch all four days of live racing of the Formula 1®, Formula 2®, Formula 3®, Supercars and Carrera Cup, is on Fox Sports, available on Kayo Sports and Foxtel.
