Meanwhile, Billy and Awhina are grappling with the revelation that their partners, Adrian and Sierah, secretly shared personal information with each other instead of confiding in their own spouses.
Ryan wakes up feeling optimistic after Jacqui promises to leave past issues behind, but after some reflection, Jacqui has second thoughts, leading to a tense confrontation where she pulls out a ‘rap sheet’ of Ryan’s shortcomings. This sparks a heated argument, and Jacqui reveals that she no longer wants to be considered Ryan’s wife.
