The premiere also saw appearances from executive producers Emile Sherman, Liz Watts, and Netflix ANZ’s Que Minh Luu, celebrating the Australian-made series.

Apple Cider Vinegar is inspired by The Woman Who Fooled the World by Beau Donelly and Nick Toscano, chronicling the rise and fall of a wellness empire built on deception. Set during the early days of Instagram, the series follows two young women who gain global influence promoting health and wellness—until their empire begins to crumble.

With a powerhouse creative team behind it, including writers from Nine Perfect Strangers and The Twelve, the show promises a gripping look at internet culture, ambition, and the cost of living a lie.

Supported by VicScreen and Screen NSW, the series was shot on location in Melbourne, with post-production in New South Wales.

Apple Cider Vinegar premieres on Netflix in Australia and globally this Thursday February 6.
