Prime Video has released a new trailer and poster for Culpa Tuya the highly anticipated sequel to Culpa Mía (My Fault) and follow-up to the international sensation.

The new original movie picks up where the first film left off, following Noah and Nick as they navigate the complexities of young adulthood. While their love has remained strong despite their parents’ efforts to keep them apart, new challenges arise when Nick dives deeper into his career and Noah heads off to college.

As they find themselves in unfamiliar worlds filled with temptations and new connections, their relationship is tested in ways they never expected. With external pressures threatening to tear them apart and their family’s reputation hanging in the balance, Noah and Nick must fight to keep their love alive.

The Culpa Mía universe has become a global sensation, captivating young adult audiences worldwide. Based on Mercedes Ron’s bestselling Culpables series, which has amassed over 80 million fans on Wattpad, the trilogy follows the forbidden romance between Nick Lester and his stepsister, Noah Morgan.

The first film in the trilogy, Culpa Mía, launched in June 2023 on Prime Video and became an instant success. It became the number one movie worldwide on Prime Video during its opening weekend, marking a historic milestone for the platform.

It also became the biggest non-English language local Original in Prime Video history, continuing to rank in the top 10 most-watched titles in over 190 countries, including the US, UK, Australia, India, Argentina, and France. Impressively, more than 75% of its viewership came from outside Spain, where the film originated.

Returning for the sequel are Nicole Wallace and Gabriel Guevara, reprising their roles as Noah and Nick, along with Marta Hazas, Iván Sánchez, Eva Ruiz, Víctor Varona, Goya Toledo, Gabriela Andrada, Álex Béjar, Javier Morgade, and Felipe Londoño. The film is directed by Domingo González, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Sofía Cuenca.

The sequel is produced by Álex de la Iglesia and Carolina Bang, ensuring that the same level of emotional intensity and storytelling that made the first film a phenomenon will be present in this new chapter.
