Netflix has unveiled the official trailer and key art for Squid Game Season 2, offering fans a tantalizing glimpse into the high-stakes survival drama that captivated audiences worldwide.
Set to premiere globally on December 26, the new season promises deadlier games, shifting alliances, and an expanded cast of complex characters.
Returning stars Lee Jung-jae and Lee Byung-hun reprise their roles as Seong Gi-hun and the enigmatic Front Man, respectively, as Gi-hun takes on a mission to end the games once and for all. Joining the ensemble are new cast members Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, and Park Gyu-young, among others, adding fresh intrigue to the story.
Season 2 picks up three years after Gi-hun’s victory in the first round of games. Forsaking plans to leave for the United States, he returns to face the survival competition again, vying for the colossal prize of 45.6 billion won alongside a new set of contestants.
