Picking up from where the first half of season 7 left off, the story finds Claire (played by Balfe), Jamie (Heughan), and Young Ian (Bell) returning to Scotland from the American colonies. As the turmoil of the Revolutionary War deepens, they are forced to make difficult choices between staying with their loved ones or defending the new life they’ve built in America.

Meanwhile, back in the 20th century, Roger (Rankin) and Brianna (Skelton) confront new dangers, as they try to safeguard their family across time. The challenges ahead will test Jamie and Claire’s relationship as secrets are revealed and loyalties shift. With their bond enduring across time and distance, both the MacKenzies and Frasers face the task of finding their way back to one another.

The series, which has captivated audiences worldwide, is based on Diana Gabaldon’s best-selling book series. The novels have sold an estimated 50 million copies globally, with all nine entries reaching the New York Times best-seller list. Outlander has resonated with viewers for its unique blend of historical drama, science fiction, romance, and adventure.

Matthew B. Roberts continues as the showrunner and executive producer, joined by Ronald D. Moore, Maril Davis, and Jim Kohlberg. The show is produced by Tall Ship Productions, Left Bank Pictures, Story Mining & Supply Company, and Sony Pictures Television. Moore and Davis developed the series for television, with executive producers Caitríona Balfe and Sam Heughan also taking part in the production.

The second part of Outlander’s seventh season will begin airing on Saturday, 23 November, with episodes available weekly on BINGE and at 4 pm on Foxtel’s Foxtel One channel.
