Paramount+ is set to deliver an exciting slate of TV shows, films, and live sports throughout October 2024. With original series premieres, returning fan favourites, and live coverage of key sporting events, there’s something for every viewer this month.

October kicks off with a thrilling month of live football action. The 2024/2025 Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s season returns on Friday, 18 October, with every match from both the Men’s and Women’s leagues streaming live, exclusively on Paramount+. Adding to the excitement, Central Coast Mariners will compete in the AFC Champions League Elite, also available exclusively.

International football fans can catch all the drama of the AFC Asian Qualifiers – Road to 26, including the Subway Socceroos taking on China PR on Thursday, 10 October, and Japan on Tuesday, 15 October. Finally, don’t miss the CommBank Matildas face off against Germany in a not-so-friendly friendly on Tuesday, 29 October.


Dreaming of a Freaking Fairy Tale – Season One

The new original South Korean romantic comedy, Dreaming of a Freaking Fairy Tale, is available for binge-watching on Paramount+. The show follows Shin Jae-rim (played by Pyo Ye Jin), who dreams of escaping her mundane life to become a modern-day Cinderella. However, her crush, Moon Cha-min (played by Lee Jun Young), is her boss and is engaged to someone else. As Jae-rim navigates this romantic conundrum, she faces the question of whether true happiness lies in love or within herself. Other stars include Song Ji Woo and Kim Hyun Jin.


Aussie Shore – Season One

Thursday, 3 October

Australia’s wildest reality series, Aussie Shore, debuts with a bang. This first-ever Australian edition of the internationally popular “Shores” franchise brings together 11 lively singletons to party and live together in Cairns, Queensland. Expect endless chaos as Charlotte Crosby, the most famous face from Geordie Shore, takes the role of House Boss, guiding the cast through a summer filled with unforgettable, unfiltered antics. Two episodes will drop at launch, followed by weekly releases.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Kreepaway Kamp

Friday, 11 October

Celebrating the 25th anniversary of SpongeBob SquarePants, this all-new Halloween special, SpongeBob SquarePants: Kreepaway Kamp, is sure to entertain fans young and old. In this one-hour feature, beloved characters including SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy reunite at Kamp Koral, but spooky occurrences begin as campers mysteriously vanish one by one.


NCIS: Origins – Season One

Tuesday, 15 October

The NCIS universe expands with the prequel series, NCIS: Origins, premiering on Tuesday, 15 October. This new show follows a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs (played by Austin Stowell) in the early days of his career in 1991, with narration by Mark Harmon. The series explores Gibbs’ formation as an agent while working under the legendary Mike Franks (played by Kyle Schmid). On the same day, NCIS returns for its 22nd season, with episodes releasing weekly.


FBI, FBI: Most Wanted, and FBI: International
