The series boasts an impressive cast, including Academy Award-nominee Austin Butler, Callum Turner, Anthony Boyle, Nate Mann, Rafferty Law, Academy Award-nominee Barry Keoghan, Josiah Cross, Branden Cook, and Ncuti Gatwa. These talented actors bring to life the harrowing experiences of the 100th Bomb Group, known as the “Bloody Hundredth.”

The series not only highlights their combat experiences but also explores their journeys through the beautiful landscapes of southeast England and the stark reality of German prisoner-of-war camps. It’s a story of resilience and sacrifice, showcasing the crucial role these men played in dismantling Hitler’s Third Reich.

“MASTERS OF THE AIR” hails from Apple Studios, with Spielberg serving as an executive producer through Amblin Television, alongside Hanks and Goetzman for Playtone. Directors Anna Boden, Ryan Fleck, Cary Joji Fukunaga, Dee Rees, and Tim Van Patten helm this ambitious project, ensuring a rich and authentic viewing experience.
