BritBox is ready to warm up the winter season with an exciting collection of British entertainment for Aussie viewers this June. The streaming platform brings a mix of classic comedies and thrilling new dramas to keep subscribers entertained throughout the month.

One highlight is “The Hunt for Raoul Moat”, a gripping retelling of Britain’s most extensive manhunt, based on a horrifying true story from 2010. The three-part crime drama features Matt Stokoe as Raoul Moat, a nightclub bouncer who shot three innocent people in Northumberland. Co-starring Lee Ingleby and Vineeta Rishi, the series exposes the human tragedies and the frenzied role of the media behind the manhunt. This highly anticipated series, produced by the makers of “Line of Duty” and “Karen Pirie”, debuts exclusively on BritBox from 1 June 2023.

The crime drama theme continues with “DI Ray”, a new series from the minds behind “Line of Duty”. The four-part thriller stars Parminder Nagra as Rachita Ray, a British police officer with South Asian heritage, navigating organised crime in Birmingham, England. The series, created by Line of Duty star Maya Sondhi, is set to launch on BritBox from 15 June 2023.
