Literally daylight between first and second/third.
Nine in a real purple patch in the first half of the week. A Current Affair (695,000) builds up into The Block (749,000), owning primetime and setting a solid base for the return of The Hundred with Andy Lee (404,000) to win the later slot. A repeat of After the Verdict (150,000) and new Law & Order: Organized Crime (44,000) don’t do too much later in the night.
Nine first in both primary (21.8%) and network (30%) rankings.
Home & Away (438,000) is again, surprisingly, Seven’s best for the night. MKR (436,000) slips to third in primetime, and a double ep of Harry Palmer: The Ipcress File (188,000; 144,000) doesn’t light any fires.
Seven second in both primary (18.3%) and network (25.8%) rankings.
7:30 (574,000) and Great Southern Landscapes (343,000) push in for the ABC, however slide into fourth in the slot. The rest of the night drew smaller crowds with Australia’s Favourite Tree (305,000), Science of Drugs with Richard Roxburgh (236,000), and then repeats of Four Corners (41,000) and Media Watch (45,000).
ABC third in primary (13.4%) and fourth in network (18.2%) rankings.
10 persevere with The Project (243,000 6:30pm; 383,000 7pm). Just as well The Masked Singer Australia (526,000 avg (494,000 show; 557,000 reveal)) is delivering some stronger numbers in primetime – second in the slot. The Cheap Seats (386,000) also lands second in the later slot, before capitulating to repeats of NCIS (147,000) and NCIS: Los Angeles (67,000).
10 fourth in primary (12.8%) and third in network (19.1%) rankings.
Great Coastal Railway Journeys (151,000) leads SBS’s night, followed by Insight (101,000) and Dateline (72,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (3.8%) and network (7%) rankings.
