We are fairweather slaves to any sport we’re winning.

Nothing could compete with Seven’s coverage of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games (716,000 Evening; 639,000 Night; 303,000 Late).
Seven first in both primary (27.7%) and network (37.5%) rankings.

Nine throw their best at the night, with 60 Minutes (632,000) drawing a strong audience. The third last Beauty and the Geek Australia (413,000) continues its up and down run. The later and late night were filled with true crime: Social Media Murders: The Murder of Alex Rodda (188,000), The First 48 (88,000), and Unspeakable Crime: The Killing of Jessica Chambers (64,000).
Nine second in both primary (18.2%) and network (25.2%) rankings.

The Sunday Project (205,000 6:30pm; 304,000 7pm) struggles again for 10, however Hunted Australia (492,000) offers a high point (down on last week). NCIS: Hawaii (171,000) and a repeat of FBI (115,000) attract a tiny audience.
10 third in both primary (11.4%) and network (16.8%) rankings.

Joanna Lumley’s Great Cities of the World (493,000) leads for the ABC, followed by a smaller audience for Mystery Road: Origin (305,000), and smaller for Small Axe (69,000) and a repeat of Fires (25,000).
ABC fourth in both primary (10.6%) and network (13.8%) rankings.

An all-repeat Sunday on SBS delivers Becoming Marilyn (112,000), Conspiracy in the Harem: Ramses III Case (75,000), and Caesar’s Doomsday War (57,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (3.5%) and network (6.7%) rankings.


KEY DEMOS

16-39: Seven News Sunday (108,000) led Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games – Evening, Hunted Australia, Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games – Night, and Nine News Sunday.

18-49: Hunted Australia (224,000) beat Seven News Sunday, Nine News Sunday, and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games – Evening/Night.

25-54: Seven News Sunday (295,000), defeated Nine News Sunday, Hunted Australia, and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games – Evening/Night.

One change to the previous week’s primetime line-up after the Total TV figures were added: This Is Your Life (Seven) lifted 8% to 1,078,000; Hunted Australia (10) lifted 31% to 1,040,000; and 60 Minutes (Nine) lifted 13% to 1,010,000.

The BVOD best were Hunted Australia (138,000) and Beauty and the Geek Australia (128,000).
