The battle of the brain continues tonight on SHAUN MICALLEF’S BRAIN EISTEDDFOD

Shaun Micallef returns tonight on Channel 10 and 10 Play with another look at the intelligence of the next generation in episode two of Shaun Micallef’s Brain Eisteddfod.

Year Eleven students from Melbourne’s Balwyn High School and Sydney’s Emanuel School will compete for a spot in the grand final and a place in TV quiz show history.

Brawn has had its day in this country, and now it’s time to celebrate the brain.

  1. It seems that the team in front coming into the final round only needs to push their buzzer faster than the other team to win, as you do not lose points for an incorrect answer. This is what happened with Emmanuel School against Balwyn High….you should lose points for an incorrect answer in the final round or else the other team should get a chance to answer.

  2. In the final round of the show, it seems that the team that is in front only has to buzz in faster than the other team to win, and not answer the most questions correctly. This was obvious the other night as Emanuel School buzzed in early and failed to give a correct answer but still won. In the final round the other team should have the opportunity to answer the question, or else they should lose points for an incorrect answer. Balwyn High should be reinstated in a later episode as they were robbed by dodgy rules. I will not be watching in future.
