Stan Sport’s massive lineup of international rugby in July has arrived with all the action getting underway this weekend.
In an epic double header on Saturday, the All Blacks host Ireland followed by the Wallabies series opener against archrivals England in Perth.
The men in gold are out to snap a drought against England, having not beaten them since the 2015 Rugby World Cup. While former Wallabies coach Eddie Jones is under pressure to deliver Down Under after England’s Six Nations struggles.
With the 2023 Rugby World Cup just over a year away, teams will be using these matches to build their squads and perfect combinations.
Coverage of the opening Wallabies v England Test will be led by Wallabies greats Tim Horan, Morgan Turinui and Justin Harrison with All Blacks legends Sonny Bill Williams and Andrew Mehrtens, commentator Sean Maloney and hosted by Nick McArdle alongside Emma Lawrence. All the action will be streaming live in 4K on Stan Sport from 7:15pm AEST and live on the 9Network.
For the first time ever, viewers watching the Wallabies v England on Stan Sport can tune into two additional streams – Spider Cam and Wallaby Cam. Fans can now cast their vote on which Aussie star they would like followed in Wallaby Cam – Samu Kerevi, Michael Hooper or Quade Cooper by voting on the Twitter poll here.
Stan Sport is also the only place to watch the Pacific Nations Cup, which kicks off this Saturday and features the return of Australia A against Fiji, Samoa and a Tonga side featuring none other than Israel Folau.
