With its morning and afternoon repeat added together Bluey technically comes fifth overall for the day…beating everything except the 6pm News services.
A Current Affair (684,000) lands the win at 7pm for Nine then it is all downhill as Celebrity Apprentice Australia (416,000) does nearly its best for the season though nearly 150k behind first place. Matt Wright’s Wild Territory (216,000) also lands second, also nearly 150k behind. Law & Order: Organized Crime (70,000) slides lower later.
Nine first in both primary (19.1%) and network (27.1%) rankings.
Head and shoulders Seven’s best for the night, Home & Away (489,000) finds it difficult to get leverage on its opponents. Big Brother Australia (356,000) slips on last night though maintains the mid-300s as first run 5CM spot…in a distant third place. US dramas The Good Doctor (204,000) and The Rookie (121,000) keep fans and PVRs happy.
Seven second in both primary (17.6%) and network (27%) rankings.
The Project (292,000 6:30pm; 396,000 7pm) continues to shrink for 10, offering a poor lead-in to MasterChef Australia (572,000) which owns the primetime hour. Off the back of that The Cheap Seats (383,000) continues to lead in the later night also. A double repeat of NCIS (151,000; 103,000) fleshes out the schedule lazily.
10 third in both primary (14.5%) and network (21.3%) rankings.
7:30 (481,000) starts the night reasonably for the ABC, up on last night, howwever Space 22 (207,000) slides on the week prior and drags down the primetime hour. Ithaka: A Fight To Free Julian Assange (154,000) also slides slightly for its final ep. Our Brain (124,000) is down too, while a repeat of Four Corners (51,000) rounds out the night.
ABC fourth in both primary (9.9%) and network (15.2%) rankings.
Current affairs night on SBS starts with the traditional Great British Railway Journeys (186,000), then flips into the main line-up of Insight (192,000), Dateline (95,000), and The Feed (40,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (5.4%) and network (9.4%) rankings.
