10’s primetime and later night offerings stand tall, but it’s their poor News time run that lets them down bigly.

A Current Affair (696,000) out of the gate Nine’s best, however Celebrity Apprentice Australia (401,000) does tick up slightly to nearly beat its premiere number. Matt Wright’s Wild Territory (203,000) good but not great against 10’s offering, and US drama Law & Order: Organized Crime (62,000) mixes into the later night melange.
Nine first in primary (18.1%) and second in network (25.6%) rankings.

After their News product Seven in all sorts of a pickle. Home & Away (465,000) their strongest by a decent way as Big Brother Australia (327,000) crashes to its lowest this season. US dramas The Good Doctor (214,000) and The Rookie (126,000) offer fan interest only.
Seven second in primary (16.6%) and first in network (26.7%) rankings.

Once 10 steps past The Project (260,000 6:30pm; 383,000 7pm) it finds some life, with MasterChef Australia (481,000) topping the primetime bundle across the hours (well, OK, a little over). The Cheap Seats (325,000) also delivers well in the later night, however the Naval crime-solving double of NCIS (165,000) and NCIS: Los Angeles (107,000) do not heaps but enough.
10 third in both primary (12.9%) and network (19.5%) rankings.

A great start for the ABC with 7:30 (540,000) leading the first half-hour of primetime, followed by a sizeable dip into Space 22 (245,000). The Family Court Murders (249,000) lifts a little, followed by repeats of Louis Theroux’s Forbidden America (144,000) and Four Corners (36,000).
ABC fourth in both primary (11.4%) and network (17.7%) rankings.

Great British Railway Journeys (215,000) starts SBS’s night, before it converts into their excellent current affairs line-up of Insight (203,000), Dateline (118,000), and The Feed (49,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (6.1%) and network (10.6%) rankings.
