When the primetime winner draws under 600,000 viewers you know something is rotten in Denmark.

Nine see a slight lift with A Current Affair (603,000) and the season finale of Travel Guides (593,000) as particularly the latter delivers a solid audience and a win in primetime. A repeat of MOVIE: Central Intelligence (237,000) does little to help in the later evening, though the mid-week Footy Classified (83,000 MEL/ADL/PER) offers a bright moment.
Nine first in both primary (20%) and network (28.1%) rankings.

Home & Away (505,000) starts the night as Seven’s broadcast best, while Big Brother Australia (359,000) struggles to pick up much of an audience on linear broadcast (though the TotalTV numbers are helping a week later). Britain’s Got Talent (211,000) and Outrageous Weddings (42,000) don’t offer much by way of attracting an audience in the later/late evening.
Seven second in both primary (18.1%) and network (27.5%) rankings.

Another good night for the ABC, with the 7:30 (504,000) and Gruen Nation 2022 (559,000) double very competitive in primetime. The Weekly with Charlie Pickering (523,000) and the season finale of Tomorrow Tonight (368,000) both up on last week, as QI (258,000) and a repeat of Would I Lie To You? (181,000) fill out the night.
ABC third in both primary (14.8%) and network (18.9%) rankings.

The Project (245,000 6:30pm; 400,000 7pm) delivers just as The Project does (though up on the earlier eps this week). MasterChef Australia (499,000) slides in with reasonable-ish numbers but does get bounced by the ABC. The season finale of First Dates Australia (288,000) is pretty low though finishes on a high from last week, but not as low as United Australia Party Policy Launch (58,000). US drama This Is Us (36,000) offers fans some joy in the late evening.
10 fourth in both primary (11.5%) and network (16.8%) rankings.

SBS’s Wednesday delivers Tony Robinson’s Coast to Coast (167,000), Boeing’s Fatal Flaw (162,000), and Cobra (65,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (4.9%) and network (8.7%) rankings.
