The audience favourites go out and come in with ratings a-plenty.

Nine start their night with a win due to A Current Affair (736,000), and then double down as Lego Masters Australia (686,000 avg (669,000 finale; 702,000 winner)) delivers its finale to a huge, family-friendly audience (with two very worthy winners). Australia Behind Bars (157,000) does reasonable numbers though was never going to compete with 10’s offering in the slot, and then the night splits based on your state footy interests (and sees the audience vanish): 100% Footy (43,000 BNE/SYD) or Footy Classified (133,000 MEL/ADL/PER).
Nine first in both primary (21%) and network (29.1%) rankings.

Home & Away (478,000) continues its second place at 7pm run, just as Big Brother Australia (373,000) continues its distant fourth place run in primetime. Surely this goose is cooked. A double ep of 9-1-1 (203,000; 168,000) offers fan service only.
Seven second in both primary (17.1%) and network (25%) rankings.

10 now have some solid hope at the front of the week, despite The Project (257,000 6:30pm; 367,000 7pm) always capitulating and delivering a poor start. MasterChef Australia (535,000) runs in second in primetime, and the season return of Have You Been Paying Attention? (684,000) eclipses everything on 10 and was always going to be a timeslot winner. The Montreal Comedy Festival (213,000) and a repeat of FBI: Most Wanted (73,000) kept few watching.
10 third in both primary (15.3%) and network (20.6%) rankings.

ABC out of the gates with a strong 7:30 (559,000) and an equally strong (though not as big as last week) Australian Story (491,000). Four Corners (487,000) and Media Watch (481,000) both deliver reasonable results (down and up on last week), and then Vote Compass (263,000) and a repeat of Q+A (55,000) fill out the night.
ABC fourth in both primary (13.5%) and network (18%) rankings.

Standard Monday night for SBS, with Saving Lives at Sea (114,000), 24 Hours in Emergency (135,000), and a repeat of Hindenburg: Ten Mistakes (104,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (4.3%) and network (7.3%) rankings.
