The Gruen Team is taking a big swing at the election.

Over two massive specials, Gruen will launch its own attack against the barrage of ads, billboards, campaign stops and all other kinds of electoral dysfunction.

Before the ballots are cast, viewers are invited to join Wil Anderson, Todd Sampson, and Russel Howcroft (COVID permitting) and a panel of insiders to find out all the tricks of the trail, telly and TikTok that politicians use to snag your vote.

In the premiere episode, the panel will look at how the major parties are trying to buy votes. Whether or not Clive Palmer is getting his money’s worth. And whether Australia should become a Republic.

Production credit: A CJZ and ABC co-production. Executive Producers: Nick Murray, Wil Anderson and Polly Connolly. ABC Executive Producer Rachel Millar.

Gruen Nation 2022 – Episode 1 premieres Wednesday May 11 at 8:00pm on ABC and iview
