The team behind the Australian show is back with Love on the Spectrum U.S., which follows American singles with autism looking for love.
According to the show’s synopsis, the series “tells the stories of a unique and diverse cast of characters searching for something we all hope to find: love.”
“We are all looking for the same thing: respect, understanding and a whole lot of love,”
– autism expert Jennifer Cook says in the trailer.
Like the Australian version of the show, Love on the Spectrum U.S. is poised to create some real-life fairy-tale romances, too. In the trailer, one guy confesses that he likes his date “so much,” while another woman admits, “I really like how you hold my hand.”
