Week Two of the NFL Playoffs takes things to another level, with two massive days of action and NFL Divisional Round Double Headers back to back across Sunday and Monday, live on ESPN.

Eight teams remain in the hunt for Super Bowl LVI and ESPN will bring double the action on Sunday January 23 and Monday January 24, with back-to-back NFL Playoff games each day, live on ESPN.

The divisional round action begins on Sunday January 23 at 8.30am AEDT as the Tennessee Titans take on the Cincinnati Bengals.

Tennessee finished as number one seed in the AFC and as a result enjoyed a bye in the first week of the playoffs.

The Titans come into the Divisional Round on the back of a 12-5 regular season record and a three game winning run. They are also expected to welcome Derrick Henry back, adding further arsenal to their ranks.

The Bengals meanwhile survived a late fightback from Las Vegas, prevailing 26-19 on Super Wildcard Weekend.

It was Cincinnati’s first NFL Playoff win in 31 years and suddenly has the franchise one win away from a shot at the AFC crown.

Quarterback Joe Burrow showed poise in the biggest game of his NFL career, and having notched a first post-season victory, the star will hope to extend the dream for the Bengals brigade.

Following immediately after is the Green Bay Packers hosting the San Francisco 49ers at 12.15pm AEDT Sunday, live on ESPN.

It is the first look at the NFC top seed Green Bay, who also enjoyed a first round bye, courtesy of the best regular season record in the division.

Aaron Rodgers will be expected to take the Packers all the way to Super Bowl LIV.

A 13-4 regular season record has the Packers as firm favourites to take the NFC, but the Packers will remember the hype that surrounded them, when in a similar predicament last season.

It was Tampa Bay who brought Green Bay unstuck last year, and redemption has fueled the side throughout the 2021-22 season.

The 49ers looked unlikely to feature in the post-season, but two straight victories have punched their ticket and a 23-17 win over the highly fancied Dallas Cowboys now has them in the Super Bowl hunt.

San Francisco narrowly lost to the Packers 30-28 back in September and another difficult trip to a cold Lambeau Field awaits.

QB Jimmy Garopollo carries the hopes of the 49ers and despite some fitness concerns, will look to continue to prove the doubters wrong and claim his biggest career victory.

Monday January 24 sees another two huge NFL Playoff games back to back, both live on ESPN.

First up at 7am AEDT the Tampa Bay Buccaneers meet the Los Angeles Rams, in arguably the pick of the Divisional Round matchups.

Tampa Bay eased their way past Philadelphia on Super Wildcard Weekend with a comfortable 31-15 victory.

However, the Rams will be a very different equation, who also looked slick with a 34-11 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

Stars Aaron Donald, Odell Beckham Jr and QB Matthew Stafford, who all looked unfazed by the raised post-season stakes, spearheaded the Rams Wildcard Weekend performance.

It was Los Angeles who showed a chink in the Buccs armour back in September, highlighting their offensive potential in the 34-24 victory – one of just four defeats Tampa Bay suffered all season.

This time though Los Angeles will have to do it on the road, as the Buccs enjoy home field advantage at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay.

The Divisional Round matches concludes on Monday at 12.15pm AEDT when the Kansas City Chiefs collide with the Buffalo Bills.

Two sides that displayed their superior all out offense on Super Wildcard Weekend will go head to head in an explosive Divisional Round matchup.

Kansas City had no trouble blitzing Pittsburgh 42-21, so much so that the stadium ran out of celebratory fireworks, given the point scoring.

It was a similar story in Buffalo, where Josh Allen was the one providing the fireworks, spearheading the Bills to a comprehensive 47-17 win over their rivals New England – a defining statement to the rest of the AFC division.

Buffalo have already defeated Kansas City this season, prevailing 38-20 back in October.

However, that was a different Chiefs team, who have since transformed into the form side in the AFC, as they look for a third straight Super Bowl appearance.

This matchup will be a tale of two young Quarterback stars in Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen.

Mahomes has tasted Super Bowl success and his big game experience may just prove telling.
