Eliminated: Steve, 29, NSW; Taje, 23, NSW.

On last night’s episode of The Bachelorette Australia, Brooke broke the ice with Millie on a single date, Mardi Gras was celebrated in true Bachelorette style, the cocktail party fired up as Jamie-Lee confronted the rumours head on, and we said an emotional goodbye to Steve and Taje.

Arriving in a stretch limo for tonight’s single date, Brooke was excited to get to know Millie further, with a date about “dreams coming true”. The rugged-up couple walked into a picturesque winter wonderland, before settling down to watch their favourite film, Grease.

As the movie ended, Millie revealed she had never been romanced like this before, and Brooke loved that Millie was a self-assured, confident woman. With that said, Brooke revealed a rose, and the smitten pair shared a kiss.

The next day, our Bachelorette’s love interests attended a group date that focused on the importance of Mardi Gras, both historically and personally in Brooke’s life, and the task ahead was revealed: to create the best float and parade.

The Mardi Gras celebrations melted into the cocktail party, with everyone dressed in their best glittery outfits. Brooke felt Holly was a standout at the group date and surprised her with a rose and a kiss.

At the rose ceremony, Taje and Steve did not receive a rose. Brooke shared an emotional goodbye outside, as Taje expressed her admiration for Brooke as a First Nations woman.

THE BACHELORETTE AUSTRALIA – continues Wednesday at 7:30pm, only on 10 and 10 Play on demand.
