The life and times of Larry David and the predicaments he gets himself into with his friends and complete strangers. The comedy series continues to prove how seemingly trivial details of one’s day-to-day life – a cold cup of coffee, a stained shirt, a missing toothbrush – can precipitate a catastrophic chain of events. To keep the narrative spontaneous, the series is shot without a script and cast members are given scene outlines and improvise lines as they go.

A gripping police drama about those who put it all on the line to serve and protect. Head of the Class — a reboot of the original 1980s comedy created by Rich Eustis and Michael Elias — centers on a “group of overachieving high school students who meet their greatest challenge — a teacher, Alicia Adams, who wants them to focus less on grades and more on experiencing life.

FOX Docos – What Happened, Brittany Murphy? (2 Hour Special) 8.30pm 

Explores the life and death of Murphy, who was best known for the film “Clueless” and whose other credits included “8 Mile,” “Just Married” and the Fox animated comedy series “King of the Hill.” She died in 2009 at the age of 32. Though her death was ruled an accident and determined to be the result of a combination of pneumonia and the effects of several over-the-counter drugs she had taken, the death one year later of her husband has fueled speculation about her passing.

Through archival material and interviews with historians, journalists, and academics, Fatal Shot uses forensic research and hard facts to explore the motives, methods, and minds of assassins, and examine some of the most famous, unique, and unusual assassinations of our time. Each episode differentiates between types of assassins – from religious zealots to political extremists, deluded misfits to state-sponsored saboteurs – identifying the particular cause that an individual or group seeks to further through their destructive act. The series also explores the various weapons of choice for assassinations: the gun, knife, bomb, or even poison. Welcome to the crazy world of “hot-shot truckers” – a special breed of independent truckers who will haul anything, anywhere, at any time. History – Crossing The Pacific (Season 1) 7.30pm 

Combining incredible archive and dramatic reconstructions this is the story of one of the great milestones in aviation history: the 1935 crossing of the Pacific Ocean by a Pan American Airways flying boat known as the China Clipper. People everywhere sensed this was a pivotal moment in human history, for if the Pacific could be crossed, there would be no place on earth that could not be reached by airplane. The world would suddenly be smaller. The Clipper’s maiden voyage was the culmination of eight years of explosive innovation and growth, involving hundreds of men and women, both famous and unknown. Like the NASA engineers and astronauts who would later put a man on the moon in less than a decade, these earlier aviation pioneers built new aircraft, invented new technologies and overcame innumerable obstacles. FOX Docos – What Happened, Brittany Murphy? (2 Hour Special) 8.30pm 

Explores the life and death of Murphy, who was best known for the film “Clueless” and whose other credits included “8 Mile,” “Just Married” and the Fox animated comedy series “King of the Hill.” She died in 2009 at the age of 32. Though her death was ruled an accident and determined to be the result of a combination of pneumonia and the effects of several over-the-counter drugs she had taken, the death one year later of her husband has fueled speculation about her passing.

Welcome to the crazy world of “hot-shot truckers” – a special breed of independent truckers who will haul anything, anywhere, at any time. We follow two rival families and their crews as they tackle some of the most harrowing roads and dangerous off-road locations of northern British Columbia in Canada in their custom ‘monster’ trucks. These bands of maniacs will do anything to get the job done: delivering and recovering urgent and vital cargo. History – Crossing The Pacific (Season 1) 7.30pm 

Combining incredible archive and dramatic reconstructions this is the story of one of the great milestones in aviation history: the 1935 crossing of the Pacific Ocean by a Pan American Airways flying boat known as the China Clipper. People everywhere sensed this was a pivotal moment in human history, for if the Pacific could be crossed, there would be no place on earth that could not be reached by airplane. The world would suddenly be smaller. The Clipper’s maiden voyage was the culmination of eight years of explosive innovation and growth, involving hundreds of men and women, both famous and unknown. Like the NASA engineers and astronauts who would later put a man on the moon in less than a decade, these earlier aviation pioneers built new aircraft, invented new technologies and overcame innumerable obstacles. They stood at the water’s edge, poised to vault the 8,700 miles of the mighty Pacific. How did they do it – and how did it change the world?
