Season two of Temple arrives today on SBS On Demand.
Temple follows the story of Daniel Milton (Mark Strong), a talented and successful surgeon struck by a personal tragedy, who partners with a lonely yet resourceful young man named Lee (Daniel Mays) to start a literal ‘underground’ clinic, situated in the vast labyrinthine network of tunnels and spaces beneath London.
In season 2, Daniel is pushed to even greater extremes as he risks everything to stay ahead of his lies and keep everything under control.
But with Beth (Catherine McCormack) having ‘woken’ from her coma in every sense of the word and Eve reeling to discover her mother has been alive all this time, Lee getting swept up in a fanatical cause and Anna luring patients down to the clinic for illegal drug trials, life is only going to get more insane.
