In Tuesday night’s episode, tragedy hits The Block, Kirsty gets a phone call from home – her beloved Nan has passed away.
The famous Hell Week begins. All the hallways and laundries and powder rooms need to be completed. It’s traditionally the toughest week of the build on The Block.
Everyone on The Block is talking about the tie last night between Tanya and Vito and Ronnie and Georgia. It means that the pair, who are archrivals on The Block, will have to go away for the night together to collect their winning cash.
Tanya and Vito are very happy to finally have a win with their sunken lounge living space. However, at the Domain Open For Inspections, Mitch and Mark and Ronnie and Georgia in particular, slam them.
The judges thought Mitch and Mark got the layout wrong with their living and dining room spaces, and they make it clear they have had enough. They think The Block should hire new judges.Â
Josh and Luke are going to take the judges’ advice and swap their living and dining room spaces and make some changes. It’s going to be expensive, and they don’t really have the money.
Because of the scheduling change after the photo cheating scandal, the contestants were supposed to get Kinsman to complete their laundry installation the week before.
All the couples did that except Tanya and Vito. The rules were if they didn’t complete it on time, they had to pay. Tanya and Vito call Kinsman and they agree to come out, and hopefully complete the laundry without cost. But is this against the rules?Â
Tanya and Vito and Ronnie and Georgia go away together, and it all goes well. Perhaps a surprise!

Kirsty and Jesse go back to Wangi Wangi to send her off and be with her family, and their builder Paulie takes over.
The contestants all agree, in particular Mitch and Mark and Ronnie and Georgia – they will help with the painting when Kirsty and Jesse are away.
Tanya and Vito host an Italian winners and grinners’ dinner and all agree despite the drama this season, they all want to support Kirsty and Jesse.
