Well, that’s the end of MAKING IT AUSTRALIA on a weekday.
A Current Affair (716,000) drops nearly 100k on last night, though still comfortably wins the slot. RBT (512,000) up on last week though second in the timeslot. A repeat of MOVIE: London Has Fallen (305,000) in the later and late night is enough to help Nine across the line for the win.
Nine first in both primary (19.6%) and network (27.9%) rankings.
Seven lean on Home and Away (578,000 7pm; 521,000 late – 7:30pm-8:30pm) a lot on Thursdays, and it doesn’t do unreasonable business for it landing first at 7:30pm. Nurses (294,000) suffering from on again/off again syndrome (it’s off again next week too), and barely anyone watched Rose West and Myra Hyndley: Their Untold Story (164,000).
Seven second in both primary (17.9%) and network (25.4%) rankings.
Another night of two halves for 10. The Project (263,000 6:30pm; 444,000 7pm) is down, however after news of it being shunted to Saturdays (and it having some uncontested air on Thursdays) Making It Australia (341,000) ticks up on last night’s season low. Gogglebox Australia (667,000) also slides up – the night’s highest non-news program. Repeats of The Cheap Seats (217,000) and Blue Bloods (78,000) run out the schedule.
10 third in both primary (13.9%) and network (20.1%) rankings.
7:30 (577,000)/Foreign Correspondent (430,000) does enough to slide into third for the night, due largely to a strong 7:30pm ep. Q+A (282,000) ticks up slightly on last week though still in ratings danger, as Secrets of the Museum (186,000) finishes the night.
ABC fourth in both primary (11.7%) and network (17.1%) rankings.
SBS’s Thursday delivers Walking Britain’s Lost Railways (178,000), Stonehenge: The Lost Circle Revealed (245,000), and The Victim (56,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (5.5%) and network (9.4%) rankings.
