MAKING IT AUSTRALIA in all sorts of trouble for 10, even when it gets clear air.

Seven’s Thursdays kick off with the ancient tradition of a Home and Away (599,000 7pm; 552,000 7:30-8:30pm late) triple ep onslaught. It does timeslot-winning business at 7:30pm, and helps The Front Bar (510,000) which hits it’s once-a-year same-timeslot-around-the-country metric. Hello footy finals. A repeat of SAS Australia (128,000) afterwards rounds out the night.
Seven first in both primary (21.7%) and network (30.6%) rankings.

A Current Affair (658,000) slips but still wins for Nine, and a new episode of
RBT (484,000) lands them second in the the 7:30pm slot. Their night then takes a sharp turn as next to nobody seems to care about the later night pairing of
Epstein’s Shadow: Ghislaine Maxwell (302,000) with a repeat of
Reported Missing (153,000).
Nine second in both primary (17.7%) and network (26.3%) rankings.

Even The Project (285,000 6:30pm; 441,000 7pm) at this late stage in the week can’t resuscitate Making It Australia (347,000), which now appears to be a ratings millstone around 10’s neck. It lifted on last night, but in the 300’s is diabolical. Gogglebox Australia (529,000) manages to keep smiling though criminally affected by it’s lead-in, down nearly 80k on last week. Repeats of
The Cheap Seats (189,000) boosts numbers, and Blue Bloods (88,000) rounds out the night.
10 third in both primary (12.4%) and network (19.8%) rankings.

7:30 (546,000) struggles for the ABC when paired with Foreign Correspondent (374,000); then again their Thursday is still a mess because Q+A (274,000) continues to criminally under-perform and hasn’t settled into it’s 2021 timeslot (nor should it). It was up marginally on last week. Secrets of the Museum (140,000) runs up the schedule.
ABC fourth in both primary (10.8%) and network (15.3%) rankings.

SBS’s Thursday starts with Walking Britain’s Lost Railways (160,000), followed by Battle of Alcatraz (105,000) and The Victim (39,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (3.5%) and network (8%) rankings.
