Amazon original series STAR TREK: PICARD reveals new trailer for season two in honour of Star Trek day.
In honour of Star Trek Day, falling each year on September 8th and marking the anniversary of the franchise’s premiere in 1966, “Star Trek: Picard” has revealed a new trailer as introduced by Sir Patrick Stewart at the global live-streamed celebration. The trailer included a first look of the Borg Queen, portrayed by actress Annie Wersching.
The 10-episode second season will premiere in February 2022 on Amazon Prime Video in over 200 territories worldwide, with new episodes available weekly. Stewart also confirmed to fans that “Star Trek: Picard” has been picked up for a third season.
The Star Trek: Picard panel featured a conversation with series stars Patrick Stewart and Jeri Ryan, co-showrunner and executive producer Akiva Goldsman, moderated by host Wil Wheaton.
