Can the much promoted cheating scandal help lift THE BLOCK?
The Voice Australia (1,167,000) again pulling massive numbers for Seven, still not having dropped under one million. Homicide: With Ron Iddles (531,000) benefits from the ratings parachute, as Crime Investigation Australia (234,000) completes the schedule.
Seven first in both primary (28.4%) and network (37.6%) rankings.
The Block (828,000) delivers its best this season as the prelude to the “biggest scandal ever” plays out. 60 Minutes (484,000) down however, and The First 48 (154,000) rounds out the night.
Nine second in both primary (18.9%) and network (26.2%) rankings.
The Sunday Project (292,000 6:30pm; 448,000 7pm) softer than last week as this night really struggles to take hold. Australian Survivor (676,000) still strong though not its best; it is tapering well. The night finished with a new then repeat ep of FBI (255,000; 143,000).
10 third in both primary (12%) and network (16.4%) rankings.
David Attenborough’s Global Adventure (437,000) premiered with a reasonable audience – expect this to do solid numbers on catch up. The Newsreader (440,000) continues its slide as again most people follow Aussie drama stacked for a binge or catch-up later in the week. Traces (172,000) and a repeat of Les Norton (66,000) complete Aunty’s Sunday.
ABC fourth in both primary (9.7%) and network (13.3%) rankings.
SBS’s all-repeat Sunday started with a double repeat ep of Raffles: Remaking An Icon (126,000), followed by a repeat ep of Egypt’s Lost Pyramid (130,000) and then a repeat of Filthy Rich and Homeless (37,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (3.6%) and network (6.5%) rankings.
