The NFL will be roaring back to our screens soon with a new season set to commence in September.
Free-to-air viewers will be able to watch two games live each week with most matches airing back-to-back on Monday mornings in Australia.
Week one coverage on 7mate will see the New York Jets take on Carolina Panthers live on Monday Sept 13 at 3am AEST. This match will be immediately followed by live coverage of the Cleveland Browns taking on Kansas City Chiefs from 6.25am AEST. (note: broadcast times subject to change)
Seven will broadcast two games LIVE and FREE each week during the regular season and the NFL playoffs, before bringing fans all the action, excitement and glamour of one of the world’s greatest sporting events – the Super Bowl.
All of these games will be live-streamed on 7plus.
In addition to the 7mate coverage, American football fans will also be able to enjoy expanded coverage of competition on ESPN. The sports broadcaster recently renewed its broadcast deal in a move that will allow Australian viewers to enjoy access to additional games this season.
