With reality singing contest The Voice moving rapidly to a conclusion, Seven has revealed an airdate for its next primetime hope SAS Australia.
Season 2 of SAS Australia is now locked in to premiere on Monday, 13th of September at 7:30pm.
The 18 celebrities that will undertake the gruelling challenges in SAS Australia include a mix of athletes from varying sports, television personalities, and musicians.
The contestants competing in season 2 are:

- Dan Ewing – Actor
- Isabelle Cornish – Actress
- Heath Shaw – AFL player
- Bonnie Anderson – Actress and musician
- Brynne Edelsten – Television personality and socialite
- Koby Abberton – Former professional surfer
- Manu Feildel – Celebrity chef
- Emma Husar – Former politician
- Jett Kenny – Ironman and model
- Sam Burgess – Former NRL player
- Erin Holland – Television personality
- Koby Abberton – Former professional surfer
- Alicia Molik – Former tennis champion
- Mark Philippoussis – Former tennis champion
- Jana Pittman – Hurdles champion
- Kerri Pottharst – Beach volleyball Olympian
- John Steffensen – Former track and field athlete
Ant Middleton will return as Chief Instructor, with his team of trainers, as the celebrities are put through SAS-style training that will test them both mentally and physically.
Last year saw Schapelle Corby, Firass Dirani, Nick Cummins, Merrick Watts, and more, take on the task, so will this year’s celebrities have what it takes to tough it out until the end?
Before filming began for this season, it was already picked up for Season 3, featuring “everyday Australians”, instead of celebrities.
