SANZAAR has now confirmed the revised schedule for the 2021 Rugby Championship.
Matches between Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Argentina to be held in Queensland throughout September and early October– with every match streaming ad-free, live and on demand with extended coverage on Stan Sport.
This follows yesterday’s announcement from Rugby Australia that the third Bledisloe Cup match, initially re-scheduled for this Saturday 28 August in Perth, will now be played at Optus Stadium on Sunday 6 September – live on Stan Sport from 3:15pm AEST.
With COVID-19 restrictions making it impossible to play scheduled Rugby Championship matches in Sydney, Canberra and Newcastle, the games have now been moved north.
Gold Coast will host a double header on September 12, with New Zealand playing Argentina and South Africa facing Australia. On September 18, Suncorp Stadium will host matches between Australia and South Africa, and Argentina and New Zealand. A week later, the teams move to Townsville, with New Zealand to play South Africa and Australia to face Argentina. The tournament wraps up on October 2 on the Gold Coast, with the same two matches as the week before.
Stan Sport is the only place you can watch every match of the Bledisloe Cup and The Rugby Championship with live, ad-free and on-demand coverage.
