Back to the Rafters picks up six years since we last saw the Rafter family. Dave and Julie have created a new life in the country with youngest daughter Ruby. As everyone comes together in Sydney to celebrate Dave and Julie’s 35th Anniversary, history repeats and circumstances force them all to cram into Ben’s two-bedroom home – once again packed to the-you-know-what.

During the visit it becomes apparent that the older Rafter children are facing new challenges, and Grandad Ted is struggling to find his place. Julie’s contentment is brought into question and she must reconcile her responsibilities to the family.  Dave has been living the dream with a comfortable business and a new mate in his young employee, Paddo who shares his love of motocross racing. He isn’t keen to give that up to return to the city as Julie suggests. What will this mean for Australia’s favourite Mum and Dad?

Whether they are crammed under the same roof, or spread out across different cities, towns or countries, the same honesty, love and laughter bonds them all and we see that even as life moves on, family doesn’t.

Back to the Rafters stars Erik Thomson, Rebecca Gibney, Georgina Haig, Hugh Sheridan, Angus McLaren, Willow Speers, HaiHa Le, Michael Caton, George Houvardas, and Aaron L. McGrath.

LuLaRICH
Available exclusively from Friday, September 10
Series genre: Documentary/True-comedy

LuLaRich is a four-part docuseries (from the directors of Fyre Fraud) that chronicles the unraveling of LuLaRoe. Known for their buttery-soft leggings, the infamous multilevel-marketing company went viral promising young mothers a work-from-home salvation. Capitalising on the growing power of social media, LuLaRoe’s eccentric founders recruited an army of independent retailers to peddle their increasingly bizarre and defective clothing products.

Through exclusive interviews with co-founders DeAnne and Mark Stidham, former employees, and hard-working “independent distributors”, this series unveils how it all went wrong in a spectacularly weird – and comedic – fashion. LuLaRich is a modern comedy of errors with important social commentary and could be the birth of a whole new documentary genre…True-Comedy.

The Voyeurs
Available from Friday, September 10
Series genre: Thrille

For Pippa life is good. She and her boyfriend Thomas have just moved into a beautiful apartment with great views of Downtown Montreal… and the apartment across the street. What starts out as innocent curiosity soon turns into an all-out obsession as they glimpse more and more of the glamorous and sexy lives of the couple who live there. But, after they witness their womanizing fashion photographer neighbour cheating on his faithful partner Julia, Pippa and Thomas disagree as to whether they have a responsibility to act, or to simply mind their own business and stop looking. When one partner willingly continues to fall down the rabbit hole, it threatens to tear their lives apart, leading to deadly consequences.

Breathing new life into the forgotten genre of the erotic thriller, and in this unprecedented era where we’re all willingly allowing others a window into our lives, The Voyeurs asks the question, “Is it okay to watch?”.

The Voyeurs stars Sydney Sweeney, Justice Smith, Ben Hardy, Natasha Liu Bordizzo.
