AIRDATE | New season of HARD KNOCKS: THE DALLAS COWBOYS

With the new National Football League season fast approaching, fans will be taken behind the scenes of one of the most iconic franchises in the game for Hard Knocks: The Dallas Cowboys.

The new season of Hard Knocks premieres on Sunday August 15 at 8pm AEST on ESPN, as the Dallas Cowboys welcome the cameras to a taste at life inside the Jerry Jones led franchise.
 
It comes at an important time for the Cowboys, who are looking to respond following an underwhelming performance last season that saw them miss the playoffs.
 
Injuries certainly played their part in the misfortune last season and Hard Knocks: The Dallas Cowboys will follow star quarterback Dak Prescott who is recovering from a gruesome ankle injury. Prescott hopes to follow in the footsteps of the legendary Cowboys QB’s who have piloted the iconic franchise to Super Bowl success, but first he must overcome his physical struggles. There is a lot riding on the $40 million man, and Prescott will find some new concerns in the pre-season on Hard Knocks.
 
Fellow Dallas star Ezekiel Elliot is also hoping that the new NFL season is a successful one, as he hopes to continue his trajectory towards the elite players in the league.
 
Coach Mike McCarthy knows the expectations that comes with the Cowboys job and improvement is needed following the 6-10 season last time out.
 
Hard Knocks: The Dallas Cowboys will show what life is like behind the scenes of the NFL franchise and the story to come in the 2021/22 NFL season.
