The next stop on the popular Sky News Paul Murray Live Our Town regional tour is Gladstone in Central Queensland
One of the busiest and most successful ports in Australia, and the southern gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, Gladstone is home to some of the most picturesque beaches Queensland has to offer.
Broadcasting live from the regional town, Paul will meet with local performers and visit the town’s top tourist destinations, showcasing the very best of the region to encourage Australians – where they can – to make Gladstone and tropical Queensland their next holiday destination.
Together with principal partner Harvey Norman, Paul will be speaking with tourist operators, business owners and local heroes, as well as visiting a local primary school. Federal Resources Minister, Keith Pitt will also join Paul for a live interview to discuss Gladstone’s key role as the energy sector’s backbone and the resource mecca of Australia.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison will also speak exclusively to Paul Murray during the program to discuss the recent tightening of COVID-19 restrictions, border closures and the vaccine roll-out, and what this means for both our cities and our regional communities.
Popular Australian vocal group Human Nature will also perform for viewers during the program, including their hit ‘Every Time You Cry’ and ‘Broken Humans’ from their recently released EP Good Good Life.
