The ABC are casting for a new original unnamed children & family series set to air nationwide on the public broadcaster, specifically looking for "vibrant women aged 55 - 85" for a show filled with positivity and plenty of laughs.

7 News Spotlight: The Phenomenon (759,000) brought in a solid win for Seven. A repeat of MOVIE: Red (387,000) saw a smaller audience hang in until much later in the evening, and it rounded out with Criminal Confessions (178,000).
Seven first in both primary (21.7%) and network (29.9%) rankings.

Celebrity Apprentice Australia (691,000 show; 777,000 boardroom) ticks back up to nearly beat the season premiere last week, but it wasn’t enough to win the timeslot (734,000 average). 60 Minutes (518,000) pulled a marginally smaller audience than last week – Cody Simpson AND The Veronicas pimping their new something wasn’t enough? Law & Order: Organised Crime (114,000) drew the night to its inevitable conclusion.
Nine second in both primary (21.1%) and network (28.6%) rankings.

The Project (305,000 6:30pm; 486,000 7pm) gives 10 a big start to the week, though it’s not really close to keeping pace with its commercial rivals. MasterChef Australia (624,000) brings home a big lift, delivering its second best result after the season premiere(!). The season finale then repeat of FBI: Most Wanted (254,000; 159,000) kept franchise fans happy.
10 third in both primary (13.3%) and network (19.7%) rankings.

Spicks and Specks (487,000) up only slightly on last week for the ABC. Wakefield (200,000) and Smother (128,000), along with a repeat of Unforgotten (61,000), complete Aunty’s lacklustre evening.
ABC fourth in both primary (9.6%) and network (14%) rankings.

Three episodes of Henry VIII and the King’s Men (170,000 average) take the charge for SBS, and a repeat of Grand Tours of Scotland’s Lochs (61,000) brings up the rear.
SBS fifth in both primary (5.1%) and network (7.9%) rankings.

KEY DEMOS
16-39: Nine News (169,000) leads the charge, followed by Celebrity Apprentice Boardroom/Show, Seven News, and MasterChef Australia.

18-49: Nine News 6pm (313,000) takes the win over Seven News, Celebrity Apprentice Boardroom/Show, and MasterChef Australia.

25-54:Nine News 6pm (388,000) completes the trifecta of wins, beating out Seven News, Celebrity Apprentice Boardroom/Show, and MasterChef Australia.

MULTI-CHANNELS
Offsiders (206,000) on ABC News tips out Bluey (176,000) on ABC Kids/TV Plus for the top of all multi-channel programming. It also outdoes the broadcast on the ABC primary channel (176,000).
