A group of celebrities enjoy a stunning feast – but they’re in for far more than just a fantastic meal.

As our diners tuck in, behind the scenes a team of scientists has been investigating every ingredient in every dish to find out just what effect their food choices have on the planet.

Gregg Wallace is the maître d for the evening, moving between the celebs in the dining room and the chefs in the kitchen. Mathematician Hannah Fry will be investigating the environmental science, crunching the carbon footprint numbers.

But knowing what we should eat can be mind-bendingly complicated. Our dinner guests will find out the surprising truth about how different foods impact the world we live in, and discover top tips to dramatically reduce the impact what we eat has on the planet.

It’s time to reveal how we can all eat delicious food that doesn’t cost the Earth
