Former NRL star Paul Gallen will take on former WBA world champion Lucas “Big Daddy” Browne in a highly anticipated fiery heavyweight clash.

Paul Gallen, the former Cronulla Sharks skipper, has so far had an impressive boxing track record since making the code-switch last defeating former UFC star Mark Hunt in December resulting in an undefeated boxing record of 10-0-1, with five of those wins coming via knockout.

His opponent, 41-year old Lucas Browne has had his own impressive boxing career becoming the first Australian heavyweight world champion after defeating Uzbekistan’s Ruslan Chagaev in 2016. He currently stands at 29 wins and 2 losses, with 25 of those wins coming via knockout.
